Greater SOBO Lounge

Join the City of Englewood for the 6th Annual Block Party in August 2024. This event offers live music, great food & beverages, awesome vendors and fun activities. This year the Chamber will be hosting the “Greater SOBO Lounge” as part of the event. This family friendly Pop-Up Lounge featuring shaded tables & umbrellas, temporary fencing, floor mats, yard games and a beverage tent open for everyone to enjoy! The Lounge offers an excellent sponsorship opportunity for local businesses and a great way to be more involved in the community.

Murals & Mason Jars

Every October the Chamber hosts Murals & Mason Jars - a fun event focusing on bringing the community together and showcasing our local businesses. Registered patrons receive a map of all the local murals and can earn prizes for each mural they visit. All prizes are donated by local Englewood restaurants, hot spots and retail shops. Additionally there is a base camp set up with artisan craftsman booths, food truck, prize booth and DJ! In 2023 with the help of the Cultural Arts Commission, the Chamber added a mural contest to the event. Over 20 amazing artists submitted ideas for the mural contest with Julia Williams of The Designosaur being selected for her whimsical play on the “Dogs Playing Pool” concept. The mural can be seen on the backside of FELT Pool Hall on S. Acoma & Floyd St in Englewood.
