Englewood Leadership Exchange

Committee Chair

Christine Adams

Christine Adams

Christine is the Director of Government and Community Relations for the Denver Zoo. Throughout her career she has been a collaboration builder and relationship expert. Working in Denver but living in Englewood, Christine met many people who wanted to be a part of the community but didn't know where to begin. In 2019, Christine and former Executive Director David Carroll launched the Englewood Leadership Exchange. A group for people of all ages and backgrounds to get together after work and exchange ideas. The purpose of the group is to begin to grow grassroot innovations which can be implemented with the help of partnership entities like the City of Englewood and the Englewood Downtown Development Authority. Another component of ELE is philanthropy. Englewood has an exceptional sense of giving back, and this group participates in many volunteer opportunities. Because of Christine's long, previous career in Government, she is able to guide the ELE in how to work with local and State government. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her big dopey Chocolate Lab Truman and trying new restaurants......all the while still maintaining regular status at her Englewood favorites.

Debi Kelley Secretary

Debi Kelley

Born and raised in Englewood and South Denver, Debi loves Englewood and is pleased to serve on the Chamber Board to promote and strengthen business throughout the area. She owns and operates two businesses from her home: Premiere Travel Planners and Restore Physical Therapy. Debi is passionate about deepening her travel clients’ connections with other people and the world by designing big and beautiful travel opportunities. As a Doctor in Physical Therapy, she delivers therapy to elderly clients in their homes when they find it too difficult to leave their residences on a regular basis. When not working or “doing research” for travel, she can be found walking her dogs, hanging out with her nearly-adult sons, cooking or dining out with her husband, riding motorcycles or inline skates, or gardening.
