Kristine works at Craig Hospital, world-renowned non-profit hospital for the specialty rehabilitation and research for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI). Kristine has had a career in Human Resources and HR consulting for over twenty years, but her passion is in supporting and working with non-profit organizations. At Craig, she currently manages employee benefits, total reward and compensation programs for Craig’s 1000+ employees and their families.
Kristine has an undergraduate in Finance from Colorado State University and is presently finishing her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Org Leadership and Change Management. Kristine also has her certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resource (HRCI-SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Kristine serves as an Advisory Board member of Café 180 in Englewood as well.
Kristine is a Colorado native, she enjoys volunteering, gardening, hiking and traveling with her husband and two kids in her free time.
